How to Mail Flowers
Order Custom Flower Frame-
Step 1 - Gather Materials for Packaging
Prepare your materials for packaging:
- Client Info Sheet
- Cardboard box large enough for the bouquet to fit snugly
- Brown Packaging Paper
- Plastic Bag to cover any stems for floral foam -
Step 2 - Prep Any Stems and Wrap Securely
- Cut any stems to fit the box (if needed)
- Dampen a paper towel and wrap around the flower stems to keep them moist during travel
- If your flowers are in floral foam, securely wrap the floral foam in a plastic bag and ship as is -
Step 3 - Packaging the Flowers
- Fill your box about halfway with brown packaging paper or packing peanuts
- Place prepped bouquet into box and finish filling with packing paper or peanuts
- Ensure bouquet information is included in shipment: Name, Order #, and Contact Phone Number/Email
